What is the Gateway?
The gateway is your 'all under one roof' online account acting as a quick go between to bridge the gap between ourselves as your in house caterers and you, our client. You can access the gateway twenty four hours a day, seven days a week to check on everything from upcoming menu's, contract information and even invoice breakdowns, to name just a few things. It's all here in the gateway.
How to book hospitality
Hospitality can be booked via the Hive Hub, or by clicking here and then by clicking the 'book hospitality' section. You will be taken to a page with a simple form to fill out which will ask for the details needed to make a booking. We will be automatically alerted of hospitality bookings and confirm them within 24 hours just to let you know that we are on it. Hospitality will then be charged back via the free issue invoice and breakdown at the end of the month or early into the following month.
Invoices not downloading
When you click on an invoice in the invoice archive or financial overview section, it should download a PDF document automatically to your PC, Laptop, Tablet or Mobile Phone. On some devices, PDF's may not open automatically but the download may still be saved to your device. It is always worth searching first for the name of the document (for invoice typically the word 'invoice' will bring up a result). If you still can't find it, or the PDF is not downloading to your device, it may be because the document hasn't been published yet.
Service charge invoices are sent usually around the middle of the month of which the charge is for. For example, Januarys service charge invoice should be sent to you by mid January. Subsidy and Free Issue invoices are sent at the very end of the month, sometimes early into the following month as we require data from the full month to calculate them and this can take one or two days to bring together. All invoices and breakdowns should appear in the financial overview section which can be found by clicking here a couple of days after they are sent to you by email. The financial overview is for the month in question or the month most recently gone by. Once a new month is up and running and new invoices are sent, these documents will be uploaded to the invoice archive. If you're still having trouble, please contact us for help.
