What's included & finer details
Most preparation of your sit down meal will be done off site and finalised on site. We will therefore require your venue to have a kitchen on site which we are able to use, with permission from the venue owner or management. We will need access to hobs and oven. On rare occasion, we may need to visit the venue to view the facilities ahead of time but this can usually be arranged privately between ourselves and the venue management. All other kitchen equipment will be provided. Crockery is also provided and its rental is included in the price per head.
